Website Manager Belgium in Utrecht (MBO/HBO/Universitair) – Independent Recruiters, Utrecht

This role will involve the continuous development of B2C e-commerce and online shopping in Belgium with both Flemish and Wallonian webshops with CPC and media sales. You will have a genuine passion for the Internet and a keen interest in the opportunities and possibilities that it can bring.

- The Website Manager has budget responsibilities. You draw up, maintain and update a Category Management Plan. This allows you to have a clear overview of the sales funnel, the conversion ratio and the customers (webshops).
- Besides that, you initiate, plan and execute events and campaigns, by taking the ROI in account.
- You are responsible for the category and sub-category division of the site. In every (sub)category, you optimize the number and quality of webshops. You try to attract qualitative new shops to the site and develop a sustainable relationship with the contact persons. You also manage and execute the administrative procedures, such as the contracts and use of the financial system.
- The Website Manager also assumes the traffic acquisition via Google Adwords or other SEO partners. Moreover, you manage the products on the site, the usability and the content to guarantee a highly qualitative site.
- The Website Manager will work closely with the Country Manager to attract new customers and increase revenue from existing customers. In order to achieve your goals, you rely on the expertise centers from the International organization (Traffic, Marketing, Content and Category Management).

The aim is to be the market leader of price comparison sites in Belgium. For this purpose, you keep up with the e-commerce and marketing developments in the region. Your home base is the head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands (next-door to the Central Station). Periodically you will visit customers in Belgium.
